When it comes to shows and entertainment, I’m a huge fan of cooking shows or anything food TV, especially cooking competitions.
One of the YouTubers that I constantly like to watch is Nick DiGiovanni. Nick is a chef and likes to sometimes cook outrageous foods on his channel, such as pasta in a gigantic parmesan cheese wheel. I find his videos very entertaining because not only does he share recipes, he also explains his food and the ingredients that go into his delicious creations. Often, when we eat a meal, we don’t really think about the work that goes into the food, but rather how it tastes, and in order to achieve a delicious taste you have to have the best ingredients. Nick finds the best ingredients across the globe and shows his viewers how to get the best taste possible out of their meals when cooking, such as importing an Alaskan king crab, all the way from Alaska.
While Nick also shows us how to create crazy delicious meals, he also brings in other known YouTubers, such as Gianluca Conte (the Italian TikTok chef). I’ll attach the link to Nick and Gianluca’s lobster in a $3,000 cheese wheel risotto recipe below (yum!).
