Registration Instructions
Step 1: Pay for Registration using the payment link below
Step 2: Receive payment confirmation, take a screenshot of that email and have in hand the confirmation payment number on the email
Step 3a: If payment was made for a group, attach screenshot in the group registration form. Once group registrations are made, every individual within the group should also fill in the Individual Registration Form. Ensure that these members also input the payment confirmation, whether it be the screenshot or the the confirmation number.
Step 3b: If payments are made individually, please attach the following payment confirmation on the form: screenshot of email and payment confirmation number
Step 4: Once these steps have been completed and your information has been confirmed, we will sent you an email confirmation of that your registration has been completed.
By proceeding, you acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable.

Pay for Registration
Pay for Registration using the OU AIChE foundation link. Enter your details and attach a screenshot of your payment confirmation in your group registration form.
- Early bird fee: $50
- Standard fee: $65
- Onsite fee: $80
How to pay using the Foundation link above
- Click the ‘Pay’ button.
- First select the amount you are paying; if it’s an individual early bird ticket then select $50 if it’s a group payment and it is more than the options given, select ‘other’. If you select ‘Other’ you will be prompted to input the amount of money you are paying.
- For ‘Payment Option’ select ‘One-time Gift’, all other options are recurring option payments.
- For ‘Selected Designations’ leave the name as “AIChE Student Support Fund” and just enter the amount you have selected or inputted in step 2.
- For the ‘About You’ section, enter the personal details of the person who is paying, if it is an organisation, put the chapter advisor information. Ensure to mention that you are making the gift on behalf of an organisation if its a group payment or an individual, if it is an individual payment (here it assumes the individual is whoever’s information has been filled in). For the last 3 grey tabs, click ‘I have additional comments about my gift’. In this section add “Mid America Student Regional Conference Individual (or Group) Ticket“
- The next page will prompt you for billing information, you can pay with link, Paypal, Venmo or Credit Card.
- The third page is the review page after that you can submit the payment
- After this you will receive an email with a confirmation number. Remember to put the Confirmation number when filling in your registration form.
