AISES Gives Back
sponsored by RTX
The University of Oklahoma’s AISES has a long history of giving back to its community. One of the most prominent ways that we show our appreciation to the Norman community is by hosting a day of community service to help a local group or service in need. Since 2001, AISES Gives Back has been our personal way of saying thank you to the community. As a group, we go to the place voted by majority rule to help serve the people. In previous years, common places have been the Jacobson House, Norman Public Schools, and the Norman First American United Methodist Church. All of these groups have a worthy need for help. They also have something to do with Native American culture and appreciation.
Every spring semester since 2001, the members and alumni of the AISES OU chapter have volunteered their time to give back to the community. We invite anybody to come and enjoy the day of giving back. We are proud and grateful to have a relationship with RTX and look forward to future events where we can collaborate.
