Good lord has it been far too long since Adele has come out of hibernation. Recently, the international star released a new single titled “Easy On Me” after a 6-year hiatus. At the same time, the singer announced she was going to be releasing her fourth studio album, “30”. This was a huge announcement for the world and especially her fans, as it has been so long since she has made any new music or music at all.
Adele has stated that her new album “will be able to explain her divorce to her child”. Personally, I am excited and also frightened to hear the new music since it seems like it will be absolutely devastating. Coming from a background of my own parents getting divorced, I can somewhat anticipate what it will feel like to listen to and what the songs may be about.
All in all, this album is going to break the world, the universe even. It will send me into astral orbit. I will no longer exist. Consider me nonexistent. Dust. Just like Iron Man after Thanos snapped him away. Absolutely gone.
