Benefits of Drinking Water

I often struggle to stay hydrated. It is not because I dont like water or do not want to. I simply forget. I have had multiple medical situations that were the outcome of being severely dehydrated.

Water can help control blood pressure, prevent migraines, maintain body temperature, prevent kidney stones, protect joints, help with digestion, moisturize the skin, and helps prevent UTIs.

Water intake depends on the kind of person you are.  For healthy individuals, the average daily water for men is about 15.5 cups and for women about 11.5 cups.

So to avoid hospital or emergency room visits and bills, drink plenty of water.
