A first time college student author needed book cover art for her poetry book publishing on Amazon on paperback and hardcover. Uniquely illustrate the character of the author and the contents of the book in an inviting and engaging way.
As a student on my first “big time” freelance offer I was intimidated by all I did not know about this side of design and publishing book covers. It was really cool to walk alongside the new author and both receive experience in a new field.
The final product was a fully illustrative cover with lighter cool toned colors, including tidbits of details that resemble a personal connection for the author.
