OU will face Texas and Missouri each season beginning in 2025. The Longhorns and Tigers were chosen due to traditional opponents and geography.

If the conference continues its 30 regular season games, the Sooners will play eight teams besides Missouri and Texas. The Sooners last played Missouri in a conference series in 2012 when the Tigers were still a member of the Big 12.
