Super Bowl Recap

The Super Bowl this past Sunday was easily one of the most exciting super bowls in history. The Kansas City Chiefs won their third super bowl in franchise history, and their second under quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes led the chiefs to a 38-35 win in this one while passing for 182 yards and 3 TDs with a 77% completion percentage. He won regular season MVP as well as Super Bowl MVP and had a tremendous season. The game was back and forth the entire time and Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts put on one of the best Super Bowl performances we have ever seen. Hurts was 27-38 passing for 304 yards and 1 TD, as well as rushing for 70 yards and 3 TD’s. Although the Eagles fell just short, they still looked dominant offensively just like they had all regular season. The Halftime show was one for the ages as Rihanna put on a show while also announcing she is pregnant with her soon to be second child with her boyfriend ASAP Rocky. Now that the season is over all 32 teams are looking forward to the offseason and working to improve their squads to make a run for next year’s Super Bowl. The Philadelphia Eagles still will have one of the most talented rosters next season and will be looking to make it back to the Super Bowl.  The Chiefs will still have Patrick Mahomes at the lead who continues to prove he is the best Quarterback in the NFL and will be aiming for his third championship. Next NFL season should be a good one and football fans can’t wait to get back to cheering on their teams.
