Dallas Cowboy History

The Dallas Cowboys are one of the most popular and successful teams in the NFL, based in Arlington, Texas. The team was founded in 1960 and quickly became a force to be reckoned with, winning two Super Bowl championships in the 1970s under the leadership of legendary coach Tom Landry and star players like Roger Staubach and Tony Dorsett. The Cowboys have been a dominant force in the NFL for much of their history, with 33 playoff appearances and eight Super Bowl appearances. Despite some struggles in recent years, the team remains a perennial favorite among fans and analysts alike. Today, the Cowboys are led by star quarterback Dak Prescott and are poised to make another run at the Super Bowl. The team’s iconic star logo and loyal fan base make them one of the most recognizable and beloved franchises in all of sports.
