Something that drives my media interest is the sports media world. I have always been interested in what goes into showcasing the world of sports throughout the media. ESPN has always been my go-to, as a kid I would always be up late watching all the sports news from the day. I still find myself late at night as I am lying in bed just glued to ESPN and trying to take in everything that is going on, from all the bright colors and transitions to the actual sports news. Something I am hoping to find an answer to is how do I get a job with one of my favorite sports organizations? The media world is growing rapidly not only in sports but all over so I thought it would be a good thing to get into because it is where our future is trending. So, I guess you could say my drive for media came from all those late nights watching ESPN or some sports event when I am supposed to be sleeping. I am very excited this semester to continue to grow that drive and to really find out some more information on the media world so I can really get into the sports media world.
