Bulking progress

Since the beginning of January, my goal has been to add as much weight as possible. One change that I’ve made since last semester is changing my meal plan from 8 swipes a week to 12. While this brings down my points quite a lot, it helps to reduce snacking, ensuring that I get most of my daily nutrition through meals and quality food. Ive also begun drinking a quart of Hiland Chocolate milk after every workout to load my body with calories and protein to help with sustaining and recovering my body post work out.

Since making these changes in my diet and tracking my calories using Chat GPT to 4000 cal/per day, I’ve managed to put on 30 pounds of (mostly) muscle. taking me from 150 lbs to hovering around 180. This was inspired by the GOMAD (Gallon of milk a day) diet, although not to quite the extream. Overall, this has been a very successful test run, which I intend to continue practicing for the coming weeks. I highly recommend trying this for anyone seriously considering putting on mass.
