Olli Koski. “Work in the Age of Artificial Intelligence – Valtioneuvosto.” Work in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, 2018, julkaisut.valtioneuvosto.fi/bitstream/handle/10024/160980/TEMjul_21_2018_Work_in_the_age.pdf. Accessed 05 Mar. 2025.

Works in the age of artificial intelligence is written by olli koski, a finnish economist which at the time of writing this article was the director of economic affairs and employment in finland. In this article Koski touches on subjects like job displacement and a changing skillset requirement for workers. He also delves into the societal and economic changes that would inevitably take place in a society newly driven by artificial intelligence. This article will be a useful source considering the authors credibility as an economist.

Kelly, Jack. “Ai Is Taking over Accounting Jobs as People Leave the Profession.” Forbes, Forbes Magazine, 4 June 2024, www.forbes.com/sites/jackkelly/2024/05/17/ai-taking-over-accounting-jobs/. Accessed 05 Mar. 2025.

This article shows how the threat of AI is taking an immediate affect on the field of accounting specifically. As the Ai horizon begins encroaching, more and more accountants are afraid that their jobs will be replaced, leading to many people fleeing or avoiding the field. As a result there is a massive talent shortage in this industry even tho AI still is not yet advanced enough to completely take over the unoccupied space. I can use this article as a reference when talking about ai and job replacement as an example for other similar fields.

I don’t know what you’re actually writing about, but you seem to have a good understanding of your sources and how to use them. My only question is, what are you actually writing about?

I am going to be writing about the impact that the implementation of AI will have on industry and workplace standards. I am going to respond to topics like the outsourcing of human labor in favor of AI, as well as how AI will become a useful tool. I’m going to be focusing largely on financial fields like banking and accounting, but it is likely that I will branch out to consider other fields that may be heavily impacted.
