Saturday, one of the greatest college rivalries in college football, went head to head once again to claim the golden hat and the glory. The game itself was one for the books, it’s definitely a game I will always remember and cherish. I somehow got to sit front row right behind the Sooners and watch the sooner magic up close and personal. I will have to admit that I thought the Longhorns were gonna finally be back as they say and claim the glory because the first half of the game was not good. I am not sure what happened in that locker room at half time, but when the Sooners returned they were hungry for some redemption. As we closed the margin on the scoreboard, the energy in the stadium got louder and crazier than I have ever experienced. Sitting front row was amazing and just unexplainable but the fun doesn’t stop there. Not only did I make it on the jumbo-tron multiple times, I was also on national television and filmed for the Ou Football social media. After running the ball 33 yards to score the game winning touchdown in the last 3 seconds of the game, the students went absolutely crazy, we had beat Texas once again. Everyone rushed the field to celebrate the win with the team, We watched quarterback, Caleb Williams put the golden hat on and team captain, Jeremiah Hall plant the flag in the center of the field .
