The application below can be used to apply for the following services:
- Childcare subsidy assistance at the University of Oklahoma’s Institute of Child Development’s Lab School (ages 6 weeks to 4 years.) This facility is located on OU’s south campus at 2727 Asp Avenue in Norman, OK 73072. Please note that this facility is only open in the Fall and Spring and follows the OU student class schedule.
- Childcare subsidy assistance at a facility of your choice (ages 6 weeks to 4 years.) This program must be a licensed and/or accredited childcare facility. These spots are based on the availability of funding.
- Full or partial childcare subsidy assistance during the school year with a Before/After Care program. This program must be a licensed and/or accredited childcare facility or public school program.
- Full or partial childcare subsidy assistance during the summer months (June/July) when you as the student parent are taking summer courses. This program must be a licensed and/or accredited childcare facility or public school program.
*Payments made to entities outside of OU will be paid directly from OU to the program. This means that the program must agree to work with OU and complete a required on-boarding process.
