In college, it can be common to find yourself grasping for things to do (especially if you’ve finished your homework for the moment). When I am waiting for my friends to return from their classes and activities, I turn to different forms of media to keep myself occupied. I used to play video games while I waited, but I found myself growing bored with them after awhile. Recently, I started a new show on Netflix called Clickbait.
The show follows the murder of Nick Brewer and the effect it has on the family surrounding him. Throughout the series, there are many twists and turns, and it was easy to binge – there were only 8 episodes, but I already want more!
I finished the show over the course of a few days and I definitely want to rewatch it. I don’t know what else to watch or do when I wait for my friends within the next few days…
I’ve learned it’s best to take every day one step at a time so that I don’t get too ahead of myself. I find myself trying to jump into the next thing constantly, neglecting to take a second to breathe. I’m working on it, so I’ll continue to update on how that is working out in my next posts.
