So last semester, I visited one of my closest friends, whom I got to see in the summer of 2021. Her name is Kalista Luzanta. We went to the same high school though she goes to VT (Virginia Tech). She is a sophomore. How we met was that she was an aide. I was an aide for the first hour. Her office aide buddy was not there, so they needed help. Therefore, I got called down. I met Kalista for the first time. She is super sweet. She is the most amazing human I’ve ever met.
Me and Kalista reunited during Thanksgiving Break. My heart was racing fast because she is one of the few people I’ve loved and missed. We ate at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. One of our friends, Jesse ate with us. She has always been there when I always spilled the tea (drama), and she is the funniest person to be around. No matter the circumstances, I will always be her number one fan, especially during her time at VT. Every time during the summer, we hung out and always had lunch at the time. I started a tradition where we do Polaroid pictures after an event or lunch. Other than that, I am happy that I saw her again. I wish her nothing but success and happiness for her! She is supportive of my OU journey and one of my best friends for life!
