This mini-project to create a portfolio for someone else was actually pretty successful in my opinion. I was extremely proud that I was able to get all of the links to work on the first try and that I was able to add a whole new block of code that wasn’t in the template. However, sizing the images was something that I struggled with and I needed additional help to try and get them to work. I was able to eventually get everything to look alright, but that was a long detour that almost made me throw my computer across the apartment.. For me, the difference in getting to develop a website for someone else is that I felt like I had a lot more structure and clarity in what I was doing. Sometimes when I’m doing work for myself I can get a little all over the place with so many different ideas but for this project I found that I was able to hone it in a lot more. This below is a screenshot of the absolute chaos that is my desktop when working on this project.
