Brochures as a PR Tool
Brochures are a great way to get information across in an easy and readable way. If tourists want specific information about a place or attraction, a brochure makes this very accessible as there are headlines on each page. General information about an attraction can attract the right target audience. The front cover of a brochure should include an interesting and captivating design and word choice in order to get people to pick up and read the brochure. Copy is a very important part of brochures as they ultimately make the reader understand the attraction being promoted.

Brochure Design Best Practices
Visually, a brochure needs to be harmonious. There should be a good balance of text and graphics in a brochure. This information should be easy to scan for tourists. In my example of Stafford Air and Space Museum’s brochure, an important element is consistent font and space design. Branding of a brochure should follow the other branding elements of a campaign. This makes the brochure recognizable to others.
