A question that drives my interest in the media is “does this topic have a similar interest that I have? If not, do I notice ones passion within recognized work?” In addition, some questions that I often personally hope to find the answers to regarding my media world is “do people know that they have a choice in all that they do?” Another question is “what inspires people as they take in media?” An example of these questions is displayed within our local everyday news broadcasting.

There are many political stances that can often make you feel as if you are trapped within society to make one choice or another. The media often presses one side more than the other at times, such as whom you “should” or “shouldn’t” vote for, whether or not you become fully vaccinated, or if an individual should support the police, and so many other decisions. I strive to find the answers as to what makes the media world so powerful into being able to mostly create ones choices, as to other potential deciding factors. I have grown up always being told “you always have a choice”, no matter what I was up to face. Therefore, I think it is just as important to spread media about certain situations, as it is to remind the people that the government or media doesn’t control your decisions, you do.
