Prof. Rui Q. Yang presented “Interband Cascade Infrared Photodetectors with Very Long Cutoff Wavelengths,” Quantum Structured Infrared Photodetector International Conference (QSIP 2014), Santa Fe, NM.

Bobby successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation. He was mainly focused on interband cascade photodetectors and photovoltaic devices at OU. Congratulation!

Prof. Yang was elected an IEEE fellow for contributions to the mid-infrared interband cascade laser and related optoelectronic devices.

Prof. Yang was elected a fellow of the Optical Society (OSA). He is being recognized for invention and development of mid-infrared interband cascade laser and related optoelectronic devices.
