Wenxiang presented a poster “Carrier Lifetime in Mid-Infrared Type-II Superlattice Photodetectors” at the 31th Annual Conference of the IEEE Photonics Society and received the Best Student Poster Award. Congratulation!  

Dr. Yang received IEEE Aron Kressel Award at the 31th Annual Conference of the IEEE Photonics Society  for invention of the mid-infrared interband cascade laser, and its advancement along with related devices for applications. Congratulation!
