QDL members celebrated cw operation of MWIR InAs-based ICLs at room temperature. The laser team successfully demonstrated the world-first cw operation of InAs-based ICLs at room temperature. This is another important milestone achieved (after the successful demonstration of room temperature cw operation of type-I ICLs) by the team in recent months at OU.
