Currently, we have a postdoc position open. Desirable applicants should have a recent PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or a closely related field, and strong motivation to do high quality research, as well as hands-on experience and good understanding in the fabrication and characterization of semiconductor devices, especially in III-V devices.
