Morgan has a history of releasing albums with multitudes of music. His album “Dangerous: The Double Album” included 30 songs and thus began his habit of releasing large albums. The new album is called “One Thing at a Time”. Most of the songs are about either heartbreak or dinking, as is most of country music especially sung by men. He has guess artists such as Eric Church, HARDY and ERNEST. The order of the album, in my opinion, perfectly balances from slow to fast songs. He throws a sad song in every once and a while but most of the songs are upbeat and fast even if they have angry or sad lyrics. My favorites include “Outlook”, “I Deserve a Drink” and “Tennessee Numbers”. Another habit Morgan Wallen has is talking about his home state, Tennessee, in his songs. I think this draws more attention to it and is sentimental. He and his team are also lyrical geniuses. Many of the songs include clever phrases or play on words like “You Proof”, “F150-50” and “Days that End in Why”. Morgan Wallen overall makes songs relatable and catchy for all listeners to find a connection to.
