I want to discuss the impact of technological use by children and teens, and what it could lead to in adulthood and late childhood. I want to highlight how the way we as a society use technology, can be harmful for the future. Examining the trajectory of the past generations’ use of technology will allow me to connect to future generations and impact it may have. We have become technology dependent at times and this could be problematic in the future. I want to do more research on anxiety numbers and possible effects that technology can have on people. The simple excessive use of an IPad or electronic device can be instrumental in preventing communication skills. I can connect this to how communication has become different through social media and technology.
