Well, we’ve finally reached that time of year. Super Bowl Weekend. This year the game features the Cincinnati Bengals, of the AFC Conference, against the Los Angeles Rams, of the NFC Conference. The game is being played this year at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles which happens to also be the home stadium for the Rams during the regular season. This same scenario happened with last year’s Super Bowl too with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I am very hopeful that it will be a good game this year. And all signs point to it being a good game. Both teams are really hot right now and neither team was the number 1 seed in their respected conferences heading into the playoffs. So both teams have had long roads to get to this point. On paper, the Rams are the more talented and experienced team, however the Bengals are playing some really good football right now. Joe Burrow has that team in a really good spot and they are peaking at the right time. With that being the case, I am going to pick the Bengals to win the Super Bowl this year by a score of 31-27 and bring home their first ever Super Bowl in franchise history.

I am intrigued to see the commercials that are shown this year. In my personal opinion, the quality of Super Bowl commercials has gone down hill in recent years. I’m not saying the commercials have sucked by any means. I just feel as if they aren’t as good as they have been in years past. So we will see if that can be rectified this year. I am also intrigued to see what the halftime performance is going to be like this year. It is quite the star-studded cast this year that features Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J Blige. It will be interesting to see how all of these artists work together on stage and what they have in store. All in all though it should be another memorable Super Bowl weekend and the festivities should be entertaining as always.
