What are Data Hunters!?
Data Hunters is the title of an educational activity being held at the Norman Public Library Central Makerspace as part of a research study conducted by Dr. Jung of the School of Library and Information Studies at the University of Oklahoma. Data Hunters will do scavenger hunts by exploring the library with GoPro cameras, creating your own artifacts by drawing or making, and turning them into “data” on Data Hunters webpage.
Important note: Data Hunters is part of a research project supported by Vice President for Research and Partnerships at the University of Oklahoma. By agreeing to participate in the sessions, you and your child MUST be participants in the research project, and video recordings of you and your child will be collected for research. Your data will be used only for the research purpose and NOT be shared with others. Once you decide to join, you will be asked to sign on the consent form for the research.

Participants can use the links below to access instructions for GoPro use and all consent forms.
