THE GREYBRIAR HOUSE

When I was younger, my grandmother would always tell me tales about a house down the block called the “Greybriar House”. Not only is the place haunted with spirits looking for something to scare the newcomers, but also the halls of the house were also filled with blood with slaves, and soldiers from the Civil War. It made me scared like I was apart of a scary movie, or in Edgar Allan Poe’s short story, “The Fall of the House of Usher”. The screams begin at 3:33 am, the exact time every night. From 11:11, 1:11, 2:22, 4:44 and 5:55. All of it had to be the same number hour and minute. Due to the history of torturing that the owners did each and every night as a celebration for the family and neighbors down the block. There have been rumors that each group that tries to stay in the house, even for one night, will leave with one less. Along with these screams, there is constant banging in all rooms of the house. Broken windows, destroyed furniture in the house. One day, in late August 2015 a young man, middle aged went on his Facebook and got the address of the Greybriar house to meet his first love. That was also the night of his 21st birthday. So him all intoxicated, he walked up to the Greybriar house. He opened the door and went in after hearing what sounded like a woman yelling. The man looked for hours with no sight of where to meet his first love. Then a loud slam of the door locked the man in the house for eternity. No one has seen the man since that day, and no one is looking.

First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Thank you!|

Hello,
I mostly write down my ideas I want to write on paper, and go from there. Sometimes, if it’s a blog that is about my life or a life event, then I’ll write and think as I go. I have a really good memory. I appreciate your kind words. I send you my endeavors!! 🙂

Hi there! This blog post could not be written much better! Reading through this article reminds me of my previous roommate! He constantly kept preaching about this. I am going to send this post to him. Pretty sure he’s going to have a great read. I appreciate you for sharing!|

I don’t even know the way I ended up here, however I thought this post was good. I do not realize who you’re but certainly you’re going to a well-known blogger when you are not already. Cheers!|

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I will definitely be back.|
