  • Yixuan Shen

    Yixuan received a Master degree in Electrical engineering from University of Oklahoma in 2023. His research interest focus on the Interband cascade laser performance and negative difference conductance features.

  • Jeremy A. Massengale

    Jeremy got his Ph.D. degree in physics in May 2023. He is currently a National Research Council postdoctoral research fellow at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C.

    Wenxiang got his Ph.D. degree in physics in May 2020. He currently working at a tech company in China.

    Yuzhe was a visiting graduate student (4/2019-5/2020) from Institute of Semiconductors.

    Lu was a post Doctoral Fellow. He moved to CA in 2018. He is currently a process Integration Engineer at Lumentum. And he is focus on process integration and development engineer on high power semiconductor lasers used for Telecom and 3DS.

    Rassel got his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in May 2018. He is currently a Mitacs Research Fellow at the University of Waterloo, Canada.”

    Lin got his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in fall 2017. He currently lives in Chengdu.

    Hossein got his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in December of 2016. He currently works at Lumileds, California.

    Holly got her Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering in summer 2016. She works at Intel, Portland, Oregon.
