Jerry Seinfeld throughout the show is a comedian. He has three main friends throughout the show that he lives his life around. While being a comedian and seeing his friends on a daily basis he seems really happy throughout the show. He also does a lot of other things throughout the show to lead to what I think is the American Dream of being satisfied where you are. . Jerry does multiple different things that I think count for obtaining his American dream. I think one of the major things that leads to this thought for me is the fact of he is able to start a tv show inside the show based on his life. I feel like this means that his life was interesting enough to where directors inside the show thought it would be liked on tv. Now I would like to discuss how he was able to accomplish something that I feel like some kids would like to do. . In the show he was able to get his parents a new car. He felt really accomplished and was in a good enough place financially where he could provide a luxury for his parents. Now I think being able to do this along with how his career in comedy was going he was blue to achieve the American Dream. . At the beginning and end of each episode they also show him telling jokes at his comedy show. During these he seems happy and proud of his work. I think this is a major symbol in showing the success aspect of his comedy. How it allows him to find the American dream with a good job, nice friends, and keeping a good relationship with his family.
